we also talked about the salt water that is used to preserve and what it would look like so see the meat in that. 

try shooting at least two different sets a weekend just to start pushing this all a little more. the more we see the better idea we have of what your goals are. 

As you start mixing up the  light I think it is going to be really important to look at all of the image pairs together so that you can see how they are talking as a group, make sure it doesn't become a distraction from the content of them.
